The Twin Rivers Carolina Club is proud to honor, celebrate and connect the incoming new students from Craven, Pamlico, and Jones Counties starting college at UNC-Chapel Hill in August.
We will be hosting a Summer Send-Off on Sunday, July 29 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the home of local alumni, Ken Gray ’90 and Anita Gray ’91, 2405 Tram Road, New Bern, N.C.
Alumni are invited to join us to welcome the new students to the Carolina family. We are asking for a $25 contribution per alumni guest to cover the cost of the meal, which can be paid via cash or check at the event. Additionally, we are looking for alumni sponsors. For $100, you will help cover the cost of the provisions such as the catered meal, drinks, table and chair rentals, decorations and maybe a few prizes for the students. Our goal is for this event to be free to the students and their families.

All sponsors will be able to receive a tax-deductible gift recognition letter upon request. We hope to get enough sponsors so we do not have to charge alumni either.
